Meet Our Founder
Our owner and founder, Joel, got his start in 1980 when he took a summer job as a framer on a small crew in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
In 1990 he planted the seeds for what would become J.H. & Sons Construction when he and a partner began building custom homes.
For the past 35 years, Joel has developed a keen eye for both structural and finish design, and has delivered high -quality craftsmanship on hundreds of new build, addition, and remodel projects .
